At home: your own comfort zone
Exercising in the comfort of your own home is ideal for those who value privacy and convenience. You don't have to worry about travel time or carrying fitness equipment. I bring everything needed for an effective training session to your home.
Outside: Refreshing and versatile
For outdoor enthusiasts, I offer training in local parks or suitable open areas. This keeps the training fun and challenging. Exercising outside gives you more energy and a nice feeling of satisfaction. Being outside also helps to reduce stress, which often makes you feel better and more relaxed after training. Plus, it's a fun way to enjoy nature while working on your health.
Gym: Energy and facilities
If you like to train in a gym because of the facilities and atmosphere, that is also possible. This initially takes place at a location designated by me where you can use various equipment and of course the energetic environment. Training at a gym of your choice is of course also possible in consultation.
