I offer 1 hour or 1.5 hour sessions, but this can be tailored to your schedule and needs.
Comfortable sportswear, sneakers, a towel and a water bottle. All other necessary materials are provided by me.

This depends on your personal goals and schedule. Together we can draw up a plan that suits your goals and lifestyle.
This depends on your individual goals, but in general I recommend training at least 2-3 times a week for visible results. This does not have to be supervised every time, but that is of course possible.
